Shadow Cat's Slaves

You never seem too understand me at all anymore.
Lyrics very harsh and full of envy. She turned, and walked away too the shadows again, though she didn't wonder what happened too his Panthers. They were a nussiance too her, always watching her. All the same was it when Shadow did, but he had a right to watch over her.

Today, the panthers were not watching like most of the days. They were deep, deep, deep into the shadows. No where close to Shadow's herd. Yet, Shadow had let him.
I'll understand.
He said. His lyrics were less harsh this time.

[~Rush~]

Deciding she couldn't trust him, but didn't really care anymore she spat it out.
When the foal got killed....by my very own father..I got upset...ran away from here and you didn't care. My real mother, I don't even know were she is. My step mother she hates me. Along with my father. Then Gaara came and I didn't know I went into the breeding barn, he snuck behind me and bred me - I was too hurt too care. Then...he took me away from there, making me his lead mare.
She knew that last part would even make him more in rage, she knew she shouldn't have said it but oh well. She got out everything.
Then.....You went too his terra and you know what happened from then on. Happy now? Good.
She snapped and continued on her way deep into the shadows. It would only be a bit more of a while till she would birth.

He heard everything. He kept back his rage. When he heard the lead mare part ot hurt to much to even speak. How could of Tempest do that? She was his lead mare. He watched her walk away but never went after her nor said a thing. He shook his dial. How could he trust her again? It was not his falt the foal died. Was it? It was Choas that told Death to kill it, not him. For the first time in his life he felt his heart torn in two.

When Tempest came deep into the panthers woke to see her. There eyes opened one panther at a time till they were all staring at her.

Feeling lost in life, hurt and feeling like she should just die - she buckled her pillars beneath her and layed down. She never really accepted the fact she was Gaara's lead mare at all, she never had a choice wether she liked it or not. She layed down and saw all the panthers, with an annoyed growl she only looked away and muttered
Just go away...
leave me too die...

The panthers looked at her then they all went in the trees not caring much of what she was doing.
Shadow Cat sighed as he walked deep into the shadows slowly. He saw her and wlaked to her till his muzzle touched ner neck. It was pitch black and never could see her only hear her. He said nothing but stood by her side.

[~Rush~]

Sharp and keen ears flickered back towards him too catch any sounds automaticly. She felt his muzzle and sighed, had he still loved her? Or did he just hate her. She wasn't sure, but she felt like she hated him....yet loved him at the same time. It confused her, she couldn't make it out. No lyrics escaped her maw and nothing was said or heard from her, except her shifting around for a more comfortable position form her pregnancy.

Shadow Cat snorted softly being nice as he had in awhile. He nudged her swolen belly softly. He could tell she felt like killing herself but he would not let that happen. Never.

[~Rush~]

A small bump came against his nudge, Tempest winced and her barrel tensed at its suddence. She kept her head on the ground though, for once she let him touch her. Usually she was too moody too, but now she didn't care and felt terrible.

Shadow knew she would give birth soon. Shadow would stay by her side till she did. He was going to try to make everything that happened to her up. He would make sure of it. He stopped nudging her and walked to her other side and layed close to her, but not otuching. He reached his muzzle out lipping her mane gently trying to show he was sorry.

[~Rush~]

Only that area of skin twitched but she still didn't move. No, she wasn't dead but fine. Just quiet. Her barrel gently raised, then fell again. Her optics stayed close, trusting him not too step on her legs or hurt her. When she felt him lip at her mane she didn't respond, she didn't feel any better at all.

He sighed when she said ntohing at all. He layed his head onto the ground still not leaving her. He wanted to make everything up to her. But would she trust him? Or even forgive him?

[~Rush~]

A deep relaxed sigh escaped her maw, that was all and she begun too drift too sleep quietly, though wincing every once and a while when the foal kept kicking inside her womb. She wished it would stop, yet it wouldn't. Shifting her wieght a little, she moved her head too be more comfortable but remaiend quiet.

Shadow Cat saw her start to fall asleep. He knew the foal was kicking and nuzzled her belly gently trying to make her feel better. He did not want this foal here, but he knew Tempest did not want him to kill it. When it got older it will be kicked out of the herd to find it's own home.

When his nuzzle touched her barrel, the foal kicked at it - sending a large bump at his muzzle. Tempest winced again and tensed, and her dagger scraped across the dirt and rock and snow. She tried too sleep, but the foal made it impossible.
